Warm staff ready to assist! The breakfast was a highlight, with a lovely selection including tasty omelets and freshly baked pastries.

The room was a bit noisy at times and some guests may find the bathroom cleanliness left something to be desired.

    steep walk
    small room

the walk to town was sooo steep, I almost slipped and fell, can you believe it? my room was tiny, not at all like the photos—absolutely disappointing. I also expected a welcoming gift for my troubles, but instead, just more stairs. Can you imagine? ! I almost left a good review, but I just couldn’t deal with this nonsense.

Consider asking for a room on a higher level for better views, as the lower-level rooms may limit your sight and privacy.

    charming staff
    cramped room
    annoying noise

The charming staff added warmth to our stay.

Our room felt cramped for two big suitcases, making it difficult to navigate. The noise from the adjacent rooms was annoying, especially during late hours. I expected a bit more privacy, but the layout didn’t allow for that. we could hear everything from next door.

Had a fantastic time with delicious breakfasts and evening wine tastings that truly elevated our stay! The cozy lounge and sun terrace were perfect spots for relaxing after a day out. Just wish the room was a bit quieter at night, but overall, it didn’t dampen my experience. 😊

Just a top selection for a concise stay in Queenstown with good price-value balance. The evening snack hour was a fun way to meet others and share experiences. Prepare for a steep walk back, but it's a nice way to burn off breakfast!

Had an incredible time with friends here! The staff was super friendly, and the breakfast blew us away with its homemade touches. The surrounding hiking trails were great for outdoor adventures. The views from our room were stunning. Definitely check out the jet boating on the Shotover River for an exhilarating experience!

The walk back to town was a bit steep, making it tough for some in our group, especially after a long day of exploring. It’s something to keep in mind for future visitors.
